I am sure you would. But I still remember my mothers Fluffo pie crusts. Light as could be and baked to a golden brown. No better apple pie was ever created. Something you just don't get today.

Combine that crust and the recipe for chess pie and I think we could really make something!

Still trying to determine just what a chess pie is. Is it a custard? Would I be able to tell the difference between it and my mother's custard pie from years ago? I know the custard could be tailored for taste several different ways. I think mom used the same custard in the eclairs she made for desert, chocolate to lemon custard.
