San Antonio

1. It's a tourist spot, you meet and see a lot of new faces in tourists areas.
2. It's a larger city with a decent night life (I can say that from experience)
3. There's some super attractive people in San Antonio all the time at the River Walk, no joke.

Sacramento can hold it's own, but wouldn't say it's on par with San Antonio for this.
