Do you agree with this list? Any other cities left off that brew exceptionally good beer, good microbrews, etc? Any specific breweries, bars or lounges that should be mentioned?
Add Atlanta to this list. Anyone ever try Sweetwater 420? It's alot better than the big 3(Miller, Budweiser, Coors). I haven't drank beer(or any alcohol) in a long time, but I would add Atlanta because of Sweetwater 420. I disagree with St. Louis and Denver because of Coors and Budweiser.

Denver's world of beer is a lot bigger than Coors. It's host to the Great American Beer festival every October (http://www.greatamericanbeerfestival.com/) and is chalk full of microbreweries and Denverites that are very passionate about beer.
I'd be willing to bet St. Louis' beer scene has evolved well beyond Anheiser Busch/Budweiser, but I'll let somebody from St. Louis speak to that. I'm surprised not to see Milwaukee on the list or perhaps they have loyalty to the cliched large commercial breweries (Miller) though I'd be interested to hear what other options are there.

I didn't know about the beer scene in Denver. I really don't know anything about St. Louis beer outside of Anheuser-Busch. Milwaukee, I know of Miller, Sclitz, PBR, and Blatz. The only beer I've liked out of Milwaukee was PBR.
If Burlington is on there because of Magic Hat, let's just say we have a different opinion of what "the best beer" is.
Also, not enough California. A ton of great breweries out there. Actually...San Francisco is a little confusing for being the California choice IMO.
Bell's out of Kalamazoo deserves mention. I like Boulevard out of KC. Someone mentioned Sweetwater, another solid pick. Asheville, unless the have faltered recently, is a curious omission (especially since they listed frickin Burlington). San Diego is a better pick than San Francisco.
