How does housing costs compare for a newer 1-2 bedroom condo/townhome with garage?
The cheapest condos I have seen in NW Las Vegas that are less than 5 year old with attached garages and in a nice neighborhood sell for about $45-$55K +$156 HOA.
Can I find the same or better in a nice area around Scottsdale?
I only saw this for $60K in Scottsdale

Looks like Scottsdale condos are pricier. Are there any nice areas a bit further out of town with nice condo/townhomes at lower prices?
