Jobs/Economy - Tie (Huntsville for aerospace, etc. // Baton Rouge for Petrochemical and engineering)
Diversity Probably Baton Rouge.
Restaurants Baton Rouge is in Louisiana, Hello.
Shopping Mall of Louisiana and Perkins Rowe are impressive for a city the size of Baton Rouge. I don't know what Huntsville offers.
Education I have no clue.
HBCU experience SU vs A&M
Roads Probably Huntsville
Future Tied
Entertainment *cough* Louisiana
Beautiful Women Creoles and Cajuns make pretty babies. Just sayin'
Cost of Living Alabama
Growth Both are growing fast.

^All of it is my opinion and I meant it in a joking manner.
