not bar none, yes Atlanta is very forested, flying into Atlanta the skyline emerges up from the Piedmont Pines, but Seattle and Portland could certainly compete with Atlanta. Seattle and Portland are like urban forests. Most cities have planted vegetation, and to my suprise even neigborhoods in Dallas have very nice tree conopies.

Cities with the least trees, concrete jungles like New York (and please NY'ers don't go posting some pic of some outer borough park), NY is indeed a concrete jungle. Also desert cities like Las Vegas and Phoenix.

Chicago doesn't have many trees outside of parks...
