Infrastructure/Transportation-Toss Up Options better in Philly but Houston Highways kill Philly

Tourism-Philly for the history
Architecture-Prefer Philly and it's sorroundings

I think many people would be upset at you referring to SE Texas as the Houston CSA. in fact the difference between Houston's MSA and its CSA is Huntsville in the North and Bay city in the West, nothing further east.

South East Texas is a whole lot more than Houston. this poll is bull poo
