Philly is by far the best and shouldn't even be in the same grouping.

All are wastelands due to years of liberal/progressive policies.

Hmmm.....all have been run by democrats for decades.

No, you should do the opposite and mention redlining, disinvestment, and white flight because we need a lot more bitterness than we need sweetness.

Those cities have problems that go far beyond those mentioned above.
