That list is a joke.

Chicago DOES NOT have the best skyline/views according to ME.

What a stupid list. The results for the other categories are laughable.

There is no way that Chicago can trump New York City in skyline.

I like the list. I would put Chicago #1 ahead of any NYC because of the dramatic juxtaposition of the buildings against the lake. I love New York's too because there is midtown and downtown and the look of the whole island is the definition of power and greatness. I love that SF is third, but it's pretty close between SF and Seattle. SF has the bay and islands and bridges, but Seattle's got the mountains.

Other thoughts, I'd rank LA a lot higher and Dallas should definitely rank in the top ten. It has really cool, unique architecture.

Well that's because you have to be in Jersey to REALLY see the full NYC skyline views.

Visually for whatever reason I have always found Chicago to be my personal favorite skyline. It's big enough and has some great buildings and the setting on the lake is really magical. I also think the Hancock building is my single favorite building

NYC's density obstructs most of it from view at street level, so it is better observed/appreciated outside of Manhattan IMO.

I personally feel NY is #1 (of course lol) but NY & Chi are always interchangeable on these lists, they're always beating each other, I find it interesting. Friendly competition.

All that'll cease since NYC is undergoing another skyscraper (or should I say "supertall") boom at the moment. There's so much coming to the skyline, it's not gonna look the same lol.

How do Chicagoans feel about the Spire? I loved the building but I felt it's location threw the skyline balance off, I wonder what's going on with that though.
I thought I was the only one wondering about this building.
Does anyone know the status on it?

I can't wait until 1 WTC is done though, I really love that building.
