There was a really interesting 60 Minutes piece a while ago about how dozens of American companies are relocating their headquarters to Switzerland (in name only, keeping their employees and infrastructure in the U.S.) for tax purposes. I suggest you look it up.

yeah. The ranking itself is based purely on profits. Chase didn't have the most assets this past year (I think Exxon did) but they had the most profits
