I'm assuming Wrentham, MA (near the intersection of I-95 and I-495 North of PVD). I think there's one in Coventry RI too. South Portland, Maine has one now as well. There must be others in New England.

sorry it was just that I'm from the south so while I was stationed in grotton ct that was the closest to us and the other city I'm question was hartford so it was only being said between the two. Not trying to say there are no others in new england. It was such a big deal to me that I would travel 45 minutes just to eat there. That's all there was to that lol.

No need to apologize! Cracker Barrel is a big time novelty for people up here still. There aren't many of them and the ones that are here are new. It's certainly a popular place.

The one in South Portland is brand new (less than a year). The one in Wrentham isn't that old either. I'd assume you went to Coventry (between Groton and PVD) for Cracker Barrel. Those are the only three I know of, and two of them are fairly recent additions. It's a far cry from the frequency that you see them down South.

yeah i hated having to go to a restaurant and ask if they had sweet tea and they go no but we have sugar if you want to put it in some iced tea...it's just not the same, but cracker barrel, that was just worth it lol.
