Vancouver, Las Vegas, Miami and Chicago (maybe even Atlanta?)...hard to say definitively

Bombay, India is the largest producer of films in the world, so it's the clear winner. London is pretty big in moviedom too.
But if we're restricting this discussion to American cities, then I'd say there's a vast empty void between LA, NYC and the rest of the bunch. The third-place city might be Chicago, due to it's size. Or possibly Miami, or even San Fran. I'm not sure there's a good way of gauging this.

Sure Miami films alot of movies and TV shows, but it's not like it's set in stone that Miami is "3rd most Hollywood".

The only reason why Austin is on my list is because of the University and it has had ties with Hollywood for quite some time now. Plus, Richard Linklater, Robert Rodriguez, Cohen Brothers and Tarantino have filmed quite a few movies there. On top of that SXSW has really helped out its film scene. I've never even heard of a film scene in San Antonio at all.

Robert Rodriquez is from San Antonio and has filmed movies in S.A. also. Anyway, San Antonio was the hollywood of Texas at one time and fim history goes way back. It has more major movies filmed in the area than Austin. Austin however has a stronger indy-amateur film presence because of UT and the Austin film festival is bigger than San Antonio's film festival.
