I also know there is a huge contingent in NE Philly and into Bucks - they actually advertise for one of the Bucks County (Council Rock) areas and school districts in Russia discussing how many many Russians already liver there and the community
I would have guessed Alaska as well since they have Russian Orthodox church and are closest to the country. Maybe somewhere in the Pacific Northwest? Assuming there is some leftover culture since the Russian colonization?

Just curious if this includes the other areas of Russia on the eastern block that split off. I know many people in this area who are of Russian decent are technically born in some of the regions that split off.
Per capita I say NYC and then DC. A lot of license plates in the NYC area have words written in Russian. The words are meaningless in English but they spell certain words in Russian. Like "CTPAX" that means nothing in English but in Russian it means "fear" and a Russian may put that on their license plate. They are like codes and if you are Russian you understand it, I see many of them in the NY area.
