I agree. I think I prefer LA food because I like the options they have better. Seafood, Asian, Middle Eastern and Mexican are all my favorites. Italian is good too, but I only like it occasionally.
You know, Italian food isn't the only thing New York City serves…

HOMERS is what they are. I cannot stand NYC but i darn well know that with THIS SUBJECT it is at the top followed by Chicago. Only a homer would state otherwise but yeah i know that is what some people do in these kinds of threads.

Yes I know, but everying else served in NYC that is also in LA is better in LA in my opinion. Again, the East Coast bias here is annoying. You have a right to prefer NYC, and I have a right to prefer LA.

Please. Only bias showing is your own. Am i to assume the rest of the world ( who says the same ) outside this country is also wrong? Outside the far east cuisine LA is not known for much else other then A few well known restaurants that can also be found in NYC.

Instead of trying to deny others their right to an opnion on this subject, just steer clear of the discussion.
Overrated yes, because I think Chicago and SF are on par or better, but how exactly is NYC located in a poor agricultural region? Ever heard of Upstate NY or PA?
None of the top food cities are head and shoulders above the other. NYC and Chicago have superior Italian but SF and LA have superior Chinese, etc. Chicago has superior Mexican to NYC even.
