181 Fremont, San Francisco - Jay Paul Company / Cornish & Carey Commercial NKF - YouTube

I wish this were the design for the Transbay Tower personally, but 181 Fremont is going to be a real beaut.

Are you comparing one building to an entire development? Is this going to be a destination for the region? There is no regional attraction for this building whatsoever.
