Looks to be about 1200 feet to me, but either way this is huge for Philly.

you are probably correct, either way would be another super tall if at all close to the rendering. Guess we can see more from the press conference today. Brandywine just unloaded 550 million worth of real estate to raise cash. And two of these are already built with a third close to topping off. Will see if and when and shovels hit the dirt

I'm very impressed with the changes and development taking place in Midtown. The neighborhood can only go up and I don't think anybody will recognize it soon.

Purple line (light rail) is a go in Maryland (suburban DC)

The Purple Line will include 21 stations with stops in Silver Spring, Takoma/Langley Park and College Park. It will serve an estimated 69,000 daily riders by 2040.

Construction Fall 2016, Delivered Spring 2022.

Looks very nice, but is it realistic in the next 5 years? Is Philly's market that strong that it can get 2 supertalls in the same decade?
