I'm sure I paid for at least 1 of those towers. Big Amazon fan.

Good job by Seattle.

The amount of Chinese-financed towers in the pipeline in Los Angeles right now is kind of nuts. There are already 7 under construction, and 6 more were just revealed.

Maryland awarded $27.8 million grant for maglev - Baltimore Sun

"The ability to travel between Baltimore and Washington, D.C., in only 15 minutes will be absolutely transformative, not just for these two cities, but for our entire state," Hogan said in a statement. "This grant will go a long way in helping us determine our next steps in this transportation and economic development opportunity."

^^ That's just a study, right? Because there is no way a maglev will only cost 27.8 million dollars.

Looks like Dallas is getting expensive. Apartments going for $2,500 a month for one bedrooms in Dallas? Is Dallas losing the affordability argument now?

Maybe that's just downtown/Uptown? Zumper currently has 1 bedrooms in Dallas at $1220. That's the median. $2500 would be at the extreme high end if that's the case.

The actual core of Dallas hasn't been cheap for a while. It's the rest of the city and metro areas that makes it affordable. Same with Houston's inner loop. Most of the newer apartments aren't that cheap.

Over 24 highrises underconstruction in the core is amazing. It should really help change the feel of Dallas overtime.
