Mexico City and New York definitely. The LV strip would be next.

This is a tough one I never been to Mexico City but I am sure it is very much 24 hours.
From my personal experience.
1. Miami Beach (Everything really is opened, people from New York City always coment to me how late the stores stay open that are not even 24 hours)
2. New York City
3. Las Veags
4. Miami
5. New Orleans
Chicago? San Fran? Not really sure what other cities are 24 hours like NYC,Miami and Vegas.

3 of those tend to be 24 hour PARTY cities, while the other two are 24 hour LIVING cities.

There's a pretty huge difference in what people are doing during those "off" hours between the different cities, and what kind of people could rationally live there if they decided to live on an opposite schedule.

There is an enormous difference between cities with 24 hour party scenes, and 24 hour resident amenities. No place is like NYC in this regard.

I can not think of a thing I need to do on a normal day that I cant do in Miami or Miami Beach 24/7. If someone can name me something I would love to know. Miami Beach/Miami is not just a 24 hour party city everything is still 24 hours on Tuesday Nights.
