What would be considered the "Top Three" cities of North America? (population, people)

Sydney wins very high marks for livability. Which it deserves, it is one of the best cities pound for pound on the planet. [Melbourne too]

Both have become places people actively want to live, work, and play.

It's interesting that people in the UK favor NYC over London. But I just got back from there and heard a lot of "London is a play city compared to New York" sentiment outside of the city. Brits seem kind of pessimistic about everything though lol.

Not surprising. Americans love Sydney. Seems like the most similar foreign place to Americans, along with London.

Well if you look at most international rankings I would guess that NYC, LA and Chicago more often than not come out as the top 3 in North America. So I would go with that, and I think there are plenty of reasons to back it up.

If this were LA vs Toronto, few would vote for the Canadian capital. Even DF would be a stretch considering the LA CSA is only about 30% smaller than entire economy of Mexico. That and LA's cultural influence warrants a top 3 spot.
