Food - slight edge to Atlanta

Cost of living - Tampa

Traffic - Tampa

Job market - Tie

Female massage therapists - No clue

Single females - Atlanta by far (Maps show cities where single women outnumber men - Business Insider)

People - subjective

Quality of living - subjective

Weather - Tampa

Adult entertainment - Atlanta

Surrounding cities - Tampa

When you add other relevant categories like transportation, healthcare, higher ed, nightlife, attractions, etc., Atlanta wins pretty definitively IMO.

There's more to the food category than fresh seafood.

Atlanta wins hands down in adult entertainment and single females.

Outside of going to the beach, I'd probably be bored with Tampa pretty quickly; it seems to be much more popular for retirees than young professionals, and I belong to the latter group. Atlanta has a much more exciting vibe and level of energy IMO.
