The part of each city they conducted the experiment though.
I don't know about other cities, but they conducted the New York experiment literally one block away from the projects in Brooklyn.
I was passing by it and thinking ... they picked an odd location to give out tea.
The Providence study was conducted in the middle of downtown (in front of ice rink in Kennedy Plaza) right by the central public bus p/u and drop off area.
It seems like Florida is full of sticky fingers lol.
