Knoxville, Tennessee 558k

Columbia, South Carolina 550k

Little Rock, Arkansas 431k

Greenville, South Carolina 400k

Chattanooga, Tennessee 381k (I think one should add Cleveland's 67k)

Lexington, Kentucky 290k

Huntsville, Alabama 287k

Greenville's is somewhat misleading because the adjacent 100K+ Mauldin-Simpsonville urbanized area--which is suburban Greenville in every way--is separate for some reason. Greenville's urbanized area is around 520K in reality.
