I was surprised it was that high for us too. I guess it must be mostly suburban projects and a few things in the Strip as well. I'm surprised New Jersey is that low, especially if that includes the entire state.

How are markets defined? Is it just the city or the metropolitan area? Also, does this include lab space?

That is a monster number for Nashville. That's like 8.5% of the total inventory.

Not much talk about Baltimore on this thread but it seems too be more happening than it appears . YES Baltimore seems to be on the rebound .

It's not metros since SF, the East Bay (Oakland), the SF peninsula (San Mateo County), and "Silicon Valley" (Santa Clara County? SJ?) are all separate.

Surprising to see the Bay Area rank above all other regions here except for NYC, Dallas-FW, and DC...I guess just a testament to how we're finally building around here.
