Hi, looking at job opportunities in these 3 cities. Same type of job but each city pay a differently.

Portland pay is $45,000 a year.
Portsmouth is $50,000 a year.
New London is $55,000 a year.

Curious on which City think money would stretch the farthest?
Has the lowest COL?
