Natural beauty: Ft Lauderdale
Weather: Ft Lauderdale at least has the nice beaches and ocean breezes occasionally to make the humidity more tolerable. New Orleans can be super stagnant humid at times in the summer
Things to do: Ft Lauderdale barely, since it has more variety, adding in the waterfront and beaches and more hospitable coastline. New Orleans has better restaurants, bars and nightlife, but not much in terms of outdoor activities that most would want to do.
Food: New Orleans has an incredible restaurant scene, variety-wise
New Orleans: hot, blonde 20-something women in their friends arms vomiting on Bourbon Street
Ft Lauderdale: hot, blonde, 20-something women getting buzzed at a pool bar...in string bikinis
Culture- NOLA.
Nightlife- NOLA
Natural beauty- Fort Lauderdale- although the Spanish Moss and Audubon are nice.
Weather- Fort Lauderdale- NOLA in the summer is absolute trash.
Things to do- I think NOLA, maybe not by miles but I think it is slightly ahead of Ft Lauderdale.
Food- NOLA, but not by much. The food here is over-hyped tbh. I've had better food, and similar variety in B'ham, Memphis, Nashville, etc.

Weather: For me New Orleans because it at least gets somewhat more of a winter.. though I see why people would pick Fort Lauderdale, as I don't think it is as miserable during the summer.
