I like the look of both. Albany seems like a really great city, but since Bethlehem's is a Historic District, I'll pick Bethlehem (it was close though).
I'll have to go with Queen Anne on this one, with the hillside setting overlooking the Sound and the Magnolia neighborhood. Hyde Park is nice for the South Side of Chicago, but if you don't have the view of Lake Michigan, Washington Park, Jackson Park, or even science museum views, its difficult to compete with the Seattle example.
