but thats not a state, its a part of a state, as a whole California is more diverse.
but Queens is part of New York State. So therefore, New York State is the most diverse

thats not the whole Population of the state, so therefore it doesnt count when comparing STATES. even when you add New Jersey the most of each ethnicity still goes to California.
