Very unfortunate. I don't foresee any drastic crime reductions in Philadelphia until the 2024 Mayoral Race. There are some excellent candidates in the running, I am hopeful things will truly turn around in 2024 and beyond. Chicago, I don't know when...

An interesting tidbit (or maybe not), the amount of residential and office development in the pipeline in Philadelphia is astounding, so it's clear the city is still forging forward even with the disturbingly high homicide count/rate.

2. A man shot to death in Englewood
