I didn't do a thorough search, but outside of Hispanic/Latino, Wetumpka looks pretty close.

Yeah, Hempstead Town was too big and didn't really count as a single city. That's why I chose Utica (close with Schenectady, though).

Norwich appears to be a good match:

Black
Norwich: 12.2%
Connecticut: 12.7%

Asian
Norwich: 6.9%
Connecticut: 5.1%

Hispanic
Norwich: 18.8%
Connecticut: 17.7%

Non-Hispanic White

Connecticut: 64.6%

Looks like Goodyear is quite close for Arizona (besides its larger multi-racial population). Funny, I've heard the name but I have basically no mental image of it. Never been there, can't recall ever streetviewing it, never heard anything about it from Phoenix-area friends.

The best example I found in Michigan was Niles, a small city of 12k just north of South Bend, IN.

Group / % Niles / % Michigan
NH White / 74.7 / 74.2
Black / 13.2 / 14.1
Hispanic / 5.4 / 5.6
Asian / 0.2 / 3.4
Two or More Races / 7.1 / 2.7
