Look at here!!!!! We have two cities that are similar in population, both city proper and metro. Both have great entertainment and decent size airports. Alot of people say that Birmingham and Buffalo favor, but I can't see the resemblance! Because these cities are both similar, which one is better?

I think Buffalo has a better downtown, nightlife, culture and attractions then Birmingham. I mean, how many times have you heard somebody say "I'm taking a trip to Birmingham!" Exactly, none! Buffalo has Lake Erie, Ontario NIAGARA FALLS and the Niagara river. But, Birmingham beats Buffalo in weather.

Thats because your in NY, i lived in MA, and the furthest west in NYS ive been is Albany, Birmingham has better nightlife in my opinion, but it doesnt have NIagra Falls.
Birmingham has better weather. also an intresting culture, southern culture in a formally industrail city, which i find intresting.
