This is the first of a series of battles between U.S. state capital cities. For the first battle, I've chosen two river cities: Richmond, Virginia and Sacramento, California. Tell us which city would you like (or possibly love) to live in. Any reason for your decision? Please tell us why.
Sacramento... very diverse city, nice weather, decent nightlife, dining and cultural arts scene. Plus it's close to the mountains, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, snow.

Sacramento is a very underrated city.
Richmond is okay and has its charms but Sacramento offers more imo.
