Whoa at the Calgary numbers. Most of the Downtown Manhattan numbers is from the World Trade Center.

Chicago should soon be on that list - there is a 1.2 million sq foot skyscraper that will start construction in a few months and another 1.05 million sq foot one that's about to start the main section of it (they built a big tunnel over some train tracks first but haven't started on the actual building yet) next to the 1.2M sq foot one. Both are completely office buildings.

As of Dec. 31, 2013, the Loop had 1,067,400 sq. ft. under construction.

"About to start" in Q2 2014 means that it wasn't u/c in Q3 2013. UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

Downtown SFs office market appears to be doing exceptionally well at the moment.

Most of The City's current office construction pipeline already taken:
