The cities listed though aren't among Texas's more conservative cities.
Also Alabama, Idaho, Louisiana, and Mississippi reportedly have lower percentages of "liberals." Oklahoma and Wyoming have the same percentage as Texas with a higher percentage of conservatives.
I don't find any cities from those states on the list. However the link "DailyJournalist" gave shows Oklahoma City in seventh place. Oklahoma City is in one of the "most net-conservative" states and is itself considered a conservative city.

Washington D.C. The only cities with higher median incomes are San Francisco and Seattle. and 10 of the 20 counties in the top 10 large (pop. >250,000) and top 10 small (pop. <250,000) counties for median household income are in the DC Metro Area.
