I don't find any cities from those states on the list. However the link "DailyJournalist" gave shows Oklahoma City in seventh place. Oklahoma City is in one of the "most net-conservative" states and is itself considered a conservative city.

1) That I have experience living and visiting the state I bash
2) That I know what I am talking about concerning the state I bash

Washington D.C. The only cities with higher median incomes are San Francisco and Seattle. and 10 of the 20 counties in the top 10 large (pop. >250,000) and top 10 small (pop. <250,000) counties for median household income are in the DC Metro Area.
