Yeah I would also think Alaska, then maybe some parts of the Oregon/Washington area. Wikipedia indicates Puget Sound is a fjord, not sure I know enough there to say.

Normally we don't allow for comparisons between North American and European areas, but since this is more of a scenic comparison rather than a direct skyline/city/culture comparison, I'll allow it. Moving to the city vs city room however, where it's more appropriate since it is still a comparison.

I verified that the OP's photo was taken by them, but anyone else posting pics should ONLY be posting shots they have taken themselves, to avoid copyright violations and deletions, please. Thank you.

Yes, America has similar scenery--I've been to Norway, and many places reminded me of say, Lake Chelan (particularly the upper end) in WA, or Lake Wallowa in NE Oregon, or parts of the North Cascades National Park in WA, or Olympic National Park in WA...not to mention many areas of SE Alaska that I've seen.
