Seattle is not urban in my opinion, never has been and never will be. Seattle is only urban to west coasters. People from The Northeast see Seattle for urbanity on the level of Miami, PIttsburgh, Minneapolis, Denver (none of which are urban. Therefore, before Seattle posters make rude comments about Houston and bash it for not being urban, they should take a look at their own city. Pot calling the kettle black I believe is the phrase.
I agree, Houston is far superior to New York and Philadelphia...

They are just angry because a SOUTHERN city is more desired than theirs.

I have absolutely no opinion about Houston, I'm sure it's a fine city. I'm just having fun with that corny kid and his goofy little rants that the West Coast is just a bunch of hippies.

I honestly think it's stupid to even waste time comparing Seattle to Houston--people who enjoy one aren't going to enjoy the other--it's basically just subjective preference. Houston has a bigger population and economy, yes we all know that...

They call those swamps. Seattle has plenty of parks in the city. And I promise you, none in Houston have anything remotely as cool as this view.

Yes, the poll reflects that again. Oh wait. It must be a conspiracy. Remind of a poll versus a decent city that Houston has actually won on this site?

Good luck with that,

IDC about a poll. Polls can be fixed with fake accounts. Look at the growth of Houston vs Seattle. People are going to Houston because they have jobs and a higher QOL of life which is two categories SEattle fails at miserably.

I would rather live in the South over a west coast city filled with hippies!
