This probably belongs in City v City.

Anyway I have no experience with either city, but I read Fort Collins is quite healthy.

Fort Collins by a mile. It's in a beautiful setting, it's a clean city, a vibrant college town and as the previous reply mentioned known for a "healthy lifestyle".
