Besides the run-of-the mill egg hunts and local mall Easter Bunnys, I feel that Washington, DC is the best city to visit when coming for Easter. The Egg Roll at the White House of course is the big draw, and the Cherry Blossoms are often at peak, or there are other spring flowers in beautiful bloom at the time such as tulips and daffodils. The Cherry Blossom Festival sometimes falls during Easter as well.

New York has the Easter Parade. It's not what it once was, but it still happens. See On the Street | A Throwback - The New York Times

Easter in the Park in Dallas is quite a nice event and is celebrating its 25th year see:

Hollywood Heights, a neighborhood of 1920s Tudor homes in the East Dallas/Lakewood area has an Easter Parade that is always a bit funky and festive:

There are many locations that have outdoor Easter sunrise services in LA. And sometimes there are baptisms in the ocean. Animals are blessed the day before at a lot of churches. The cathedral is packed w/ people who never go to church except twice a year [Xmas & Easter]

As long as I can get all the whisky and hookers I want, I don't care what city I'm partying in for Easter. As we all know, Easter ain't about the location, it's about drinking booze and snorting blow.
