um, if you live within the congestion pricing zone, you don't pay to enter it because you're already there. And there's no charge if you leave it.

Besides, the charge only applies to those who drive into it from outside it at certain hours of the day, and if you live there, how often are you going to do that? I'll wager that you might even give up your car if you own one now.

Well, the toll is all the time its just higher during peaks… which is most of the day.
