We are looking for someone who would like to open a "general store" or other retail business or service in a historic building approximately 8 miles from Roxboro, NC., (Hwy. 49 South), and about 25 or less miles from each of the cities of Durham, Burlington, Danville, Va., and Hillsborough, NC.

The main floor is approximately 2772 sq. ft. (open space) with a 9 ft. ceiling. There is a basement and smaller loft area. Owners recently restored the storefront windows, doors, and covered porch to its original design. The original oak floors and tin ceiling are in great condition.

Other ideas for use: Multiple tenants such the antique mall format; coffee shop; arts and crafts; businesses or services that generate community-oriented activities such as health, exercise and fitness; workshops; medical; farm and garden; and many others. Rent is negotiable.
