Nevada Land For Lease

I have 40+ acres in Pershing County with Well, Electric, Phone Service, LPG Tanks with lines and Septic. Wanting to lease to someone with 5th Wheel or similar type living quarters. Must be willing to pay for the Electric and Phone service as well as LPG. Will accept small lease payment along with maintaining property and labor for improvements.

Do you still have this for lease, and what do you use the land for? We are looking for a place we can put our goats, either build a corral for them ( we have over 400 panels to do that) or a pasture situation. They are going to have babies soon and we need to move due to change in employment.
