I have an 1B1B apt that I need to sublease near George Washington University area off of Rt 7/Loudon co Pkwy in Ashburn. I have the lease till Mar '11.
Fully loaded kitchen and full sized washer and dryer in the apartment. The community is gated and located close to lots of great shopping that includes the Dulles Town Center and Leesburg Outlet Mall. Your commute is made easier by our easy access to Rt. 7, Loudon Co Pkwy, Rt. 28, and the Dulles Toll Road and you are only minutes away from Leesburg, Sterling, and Dulles International Airport (IAD). the property amenities include a swimming pool, 24-hour fitness room, car care area. It's 10 mins from Verizon office.
