I presently live in Clayton and work in Cary. I moved here from Atlanta 10 months ago. I leased a condo for a year. Due to some health issues I am struggling financially and need to downsize to cheaper rent for about six months. Need to know if there are any studio apartments around for rent.

There are some pretty affordable studio apartments on Ashe Ave in Raleigh, right across the street from Pullen Park (which is really nice)...and a walkable distance to downtown. I think they're called Pullen Park Loft apartments or something like that. Kinda small, but real cheap from what I hear.

Grosvenor Gardens apartments near St. Mary's School are also decently-priced studios in a good location. That's another option.
