This area is very nice. People are very nice. Your not in a neighborhood, but you have homes close by and No one bothers you everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. There is also an Abundance of wildlife.. Bunnies, deer, ground hogs, turkeys..etc.. Close to town, schools, and a church near by.. This is the main reason we chose this home. The quietness of the country but close to town. And you can use the hottub all year..
