I'm open to different names, themes and logos. In terms of location, I really like upper New York, from Saratoga Springs through Lake Placid. However, I would consider other areas, especially parts of Vermont and New Hampshire.
You would get the full profit margin on all sales of prepared foods. We would split the rent, expenses, and any purchases of shared equipment. I come fully equipped with my own meat processing equipment (including meat grinder and large smoker), and have additional supplies and equipment for shared use such as freezers and a compressor set-up for a walk-in cooler.
