Built and Operated in Catering business 1999-2004 then retired. Trailer has 7ft. steel Bar-B-Que, 7ft. Flat grill, 4 hole steam table, 3 small bread ovens , (for fresh cooked rolls), 2 Burner gas range, ( all propane,with 2 25 gal. tanks) single door Bev-Air refrig., Globe meat slicer (on S.S.rolling cart), 2 Commercial coffee makers, S.S. Hand wash sink + 3 Hole 92" wash sink ."ALL" Pots, Pans,Trays,Utencials, Aprons , Even 30 Assorted size,Western Shirts (High quality) . Has 47 gal. gray water tank built in to the frame, with 100 gal. fresh water supply tank. This unit is ready to work . Health dept. approved in California. Photos on request.
