REALLY need someone to take over my lease on a beautiful 2 br., 2 ba. 1226 sq.ft. apt. in Pflugerville, Texas. I am moving because we are purchasing a home, and to pay the early termination fees would be brutal! You can move in Nov. 1 and the lease ends on June 30, 2010.
I would even pay your first month (November) for free. The price is $973/month.
