Looking to relocate, was told I would like the "southwest" suburbs by some one I met in passing. However can someone list for me what towns are considered SW suburbs of Cleveland? I have 30 days.

Southwest suburbs would probably include: Berea, Strongsville, Brunswick, Middleburgh Hts. Medina, North Royalton, maybe North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, etc.

They likely meant North Royalton, Strongsville and Brunswick. All are nice areas but far from the only ones. If you want to be near the sports complexes, the arts, good restaurants, and the best shopping areas, the SW suburbs are a tad far (probably about a half hour+ away). If none of that is too important, the SW burbs are great.

I'd add Parma, Parma Heights, Seven Hills and Independence to the list. Never would have thought to put anything in Medina County on the list, but I guess the sprawl in to Medina and Brunswick has changed things. The differences between Parma and Brecksville and Medina are huge though!
