It's pretty cool that the gentrification bug has finally bitten Cleveland.

Even the cleveland.com crowd has caught on. Rather than complaining about how ratty Cleveland is, many of them are now complaining that the rent is too damn high! And no, I'm no making this up!

Wow -- what a lineup indeed.

I've been hearing major rumors of Maron having more residential projects up his sleeve for both Dowtown and Ohio City... Here's to some hint on them tomorrow!

That's funny. I heard a neighbor saying the same thing. He never goes Downtown because of "all of the crime," but he's now afraid that, if he decides to go to the casino, everything will be too crowded and expensive. I shook my head and kept walking.
