So I am starting work at Case and ran across this incentive program where they basically give me 20-30k in forgivable home loans if I buy within the Greater Circle area.

Parts of what is called the "Greater Circle" can be a bit rough, but overall it's not a terrible incentive, particularly if you don't have kids.
