What would the commute be like from the Gold Coast area of Lakewood, OH to Independence, OH (intersection of I-77 and Rockside Road) during typical commuting hours? Time? Traffic conditions? Would this be considered a reverse commute? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

It shouldn't be too bad. Back when I lived on the Gold Coast, there were times when I had to take some daytime classes at Executrain which was in one of those buildings around I-77 and Rockside. I don't remember the commute time being much of an issue. (I assume you're talking about driving as opposed to using public transit.)

It's definitely heading against the heavier traffic when heading south. You will want to avoid 90 E as the traffic into downtown will be heavy starting around W. 25th - W. 44th. You're probably looking at 15-20 minutes, most days.

Yes, I would be driving. I'm not sure you could avoid going on 90 East for about 4 miles to connect to OH-176 South. Is there a better route?
